How much Does it Cost for Shipping?
Standard Shipping - Free shipping anywhere within Australia for orders over $49. Orders below $49 will incur a $5.95 standard shipping fee.
Express Shipping - $12.20 Australia-wide. We are offering temporary $9.00 Express Shipping!
International Shipping - Charges will vary for delivery outside of Australia. Please see delivery cost at checkout. Below are our international shipping costs:

How Long Does it Take?
Processing of your order will take 1-3 business days.
In Australia we use Australia Post to get your goods to you. Once your order has left our warehouse, standard delivery can take up to 7 business days. Express shipping usually takes up to 2 business days to be delivered once it has left our warehouse. Please refer to the Australia Post website for information on delays that are currently being experienced with shipments due to COVID-19.
For International Shipping, standard delivery can take up to 14 business days. Express shipping can take up to 4 days. Unfortunately due to COVID-19 many delivery services are experiencing delays so please note there may be an additional 1-2 weeks delay.
Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If for some reason you really are unhappy with our product, please email us and we can see what we can do. We are super proud of our product and want you to be happy with your purchase. Clothmaskme@gmail.com
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your receipt or proof of purchase. Goods will need to be returned to PO Box 80, Kingsville LPO, Vic 3012.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
To return your product, please email us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
