We are very happy to accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery except for all face masks, snoods and underwear - these items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective or Damaged
We hope this never happens, but if your purchase happens to be defective or damaged please let us know immediately and once the product is returned, we will be happy to replace it.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging please.
Gift cards are non-refundable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
